Cleanrooms Class 100 cleanroom used for cleaning and assembling parts used in SRF cavity fabrication and testing. Ultra sonic cleaner and ultra pure water available in cleanroom to degrease and clean cavity parts. High-pressure rinse system for final cleaning of finished cavity, used after chemical cleaning. Testing Facilities Cavity and power coupler testing area used to verify performance and provide quality insurance of cavities.
